Saraband Soldier 1:
The city guards in this district don't know what the personal guards in the western district do. But there's definitely something going on there. Because Medion's army turned up, we've been about to work out that something is happening. But we don't know what it is exactly.
Saraband Soldier 2:
When our land's administration become chaotic, it's no wonder that thieves and brigands are given free reign over the country. Our resistance to all this is beginning to weaken.
Saraband Soldier 3:
After the slaying of the pier squad during the bombing attempt, it's rumoured that masked monks of Bulzome were the cause. Bulzome monks used a country of neutrality for their dirty work. I wish I could think otherwise...
Man:
The arms and commerce of Saraband are being shipped to followers of Bulzome. The purpose of this is unknown to me. I thought Governor-General Gavin worshipped the true god of Elbesem. Did he knowingly choose to help the Bulzome cult?

Young Man:
Garosh, the guard that survived the docking pier battle, originally comes from Headland.
Rare flowers blossom in the wilds around there. I know I'm uneasy about what the future may bring for this region, but he seems to be keen to visit his old hometown.
Flower Seller:
Wow, you're an Imperial Prince...would you like a flower?

Old Man:
Garosh was rescued by Synbios' force, and has decided to leave the city guard. Garosh went to tell the Governor General about the incident a while ago. Although I'm worried about what may be happening to Synbios' army, I'm glad that Garosh was able to safely report back.
Old Woman:
This country's food production mainly supports the capital. The lord here conceals this fact from the people and because of this corruption, the other territories aren't getting the supplies they need. Due to this, a civil war could occur at any time.
PRIVATE HOUSE 1
Girl:
Mama's not as upset about losing Papa as she once was. My older brother has calmed down a little, too. Now they are thinking about our future without Papa.
Boy:
Even if I was going to take vengeance on those who murdered Papa...and I was thinking before about becoming a soldier...I'd prefer not to dwell on it anymore.
Woman:
After my husband died, I thought I should have a rightful grudge against Synbios and his army. But, when I thought and heard more about it, the leader of that Republican army was a kind person. Now I hold another party responsible for my husband's death.

Woman:
The Imperial princes have often visited Saraband lately. Prince Arrawnt in particular. He seems to spend a lot of time talking with Garvin.
Young Man:
One of the Imperial princes is in Saraband at the moment. He's taking defectors from the Empire from here, and returning them to their original homeland for trial. It sounds like such a small thing, doesn't it? For example, the Empire lost the Republic 20 years ago. Does this mean they want them back now as well?

Young Woman:
You know something...I wish Medion would come back here. I'd love to meet him. I bet I could persuade him to stay...if you know what I mean.
Woman:
Since Prince Medion left Saraband, my daughter has settled down a bit...but she'll soon be getting frisky again, I think.

On your travels around the continent, have you had the chance to pick up any jewels and treasure from the old ruins?

Well, that's odd...you should look harder for maps to such historic relics, without one of those you won't be able to find the entrance into a ruin!
These ruins are ancient remains of previous civilizations...keep your eyes open for them and see what you can discover.

Boy:
Even though Papa helps to move the city, it's the prince that really controls Saraband.
Woman:
My husband was away helping to move our sea city. He's only just returned today.
Man:
We've recently had to move Saraband across the waves. Garvin owns the Master Key to the starting machines and engines. In fact, he wears it in as a pendant around his neck...

Woman:
My daughter is in love with Garosh...Since the docking pier battle, he's left the guards following the loss of his brother...The guards tend to be very enthusiastic about their jobs. I understand they're given special papers and certificates when they get promoted.

When Garosh returned from the battle, he was able to go on a date with my sis...they're both really happy. He said that something strange happened...I wonder what he meant by that.
Saraband Soldier 1:
Though you inspire confidence in the Saraband army, you can never understand the importance of this country. We are a merchant's country. Normally, soldiers cannot see the importance of a country like ours...
Saraband Soldier 2:
Even if good Prince Medion doesn't remember, I'll never forget the Imperial army. Right now it's assigned to support our army. Though Saraband has separated into a nation independent of the Empire, the good prince is always helping us.
Saraband Soldier 3:
Why did I enter the Saraband army? I was thinking ahead. In the Imperial army, your family's birthright determines your rank. It's different here...I'm given an equal chance for success in Saraband, something that was just a dream in the Empire.
